Club member Stephen Lau presented an overview of the Edmonton real estate scene four years after his last presentation to the club just before Covid. He set the stage with comments about national and local population and economic trends. He emphasized the importance of refreshing older homes focusing on the tastes and preferences of the younger demographic who are the likely market. Stephen gave us lots to think about....
