On Sunday, July 20, member Jason Anderson and his wife Marla treated the club to a barbeque featuring his award-winning brisket and ribs. Here Jason explains the process of preparing and cooking the brisket as well as telling the club about his time in competitive barbecuing. Over 20 members and alumni gathered at Gold Bar park to enjoy great food and fellowship.
