On December 14, Riverview Rotarians along with members of the UofA Rotaract Club, prepared Christmas dinners for 20 (mostly international) students. The dinner, hosted at St. George’s Anglican Church, consisted of chicken, roasted potatoes, gravy, broccoli, salad, and desserts. Christmas candy and candles were on the table. It was a very sociable group, with lots of lively talk around the tables.
There are now plans to host 3 more of these dinner in the new year, once a month over the student year.
