Ingrid Neitsch, past District Governor of District 5370, now leads all of the district's Peace initiatives. Ingrid spoke about the importance of Rotary's Peace scholarships, Rotary Peace conferences and Peace Poles. With conflict and war a seemingly ever-present fact of life, the goal of peace, positive peace, is a worthy objective.
