How to Submit Your Nomination

- Submit Your Application: Complete and submit your official entries using the online submission form.
- Mark Your Calendar: Ensure all entries are submitted by the new deadline—September 30, 2026.
Automatically Tracked Awards
Please note that you do not need to manually submit nominations for awards based on year-end membership metrics and Rotary Foundation (TRF) donations. Rotary International automatically tracks and provides the data for the following honors:
- Club Excellence Award
- Annual Membership Growth Award
- Annual Foundation Fund Award
- End Polio Now Award
