It is through the Foundation that we, as Rotarians, turn our collective passion into sustainable action. And it is because of your incredible generosity that our district continues to make a real difference both at home and around the world. Thank you.
Dagmar & Ramesh joined the Rotary Bequest Society family
Dagmar and Ramesh Ferris recently made a decision... A big decision, but an easy decision. After doing estate planning to determine where to direct their assets once they both pass away.
They have decided to gift the Rotary Foundation US$500,000.

Rotary Fellowships are international groups that share a common passion. Being part of a fellowship is a fun way to make friends around the world, explore a hobby or profession, and enhance your Rotary experience.
The Rotary Foundation promotes peace, creates safer environments for mothers and children, and helps communities recover after disasters. With support from the Foundation, your club can protect children from polio, fight waterborne diseases, and help refugees get health care.
From the PolioPlus program to Rotary Peace Fellowships, the Foundation has used billions of dollars in contributions to achieve humanitarian goals.
Get To Know Rotary: Bring A Friend Night | Nov 20, 2025
The Edmonton Sunrise Rotary Club has booked the private room at PF Chang's restaurant, located at 6303 Currents Dr NW, Edmonton, to host a Rotary Information evening on November 20, 2025.
We will be collecting food for the Edmonton Veterans Association as well. Tickets are $20 plus GST. Cash bar.
There will be a full information table there from District. There are opportunities to host your own table for Rotaract/Interact and projects showcase.

Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service
The Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service honors Rotarians and Rotaractors who demonstrate their commitment to helping others through their service to The Rotary Foundation. If you know someone who qualifies, contact their district Rotary Foundation chair and encourage them to submit an online nomination by 30 November.
