Rotary District 5370 PolioPlus Chair – helping Clubs create lasting impact through the eradication of polio in the world,
Rotary District 5370 Grants Co-chair - helping Clubs create lasting impact through District Youth & Project Grants,
Rotary District 5370 Endowment/Major Gifts Chair – helping Clubs create lasting impact by promoting giving to The Rotary Foundation Endowment Fund.

Treaty Talk Speaker Series with Ron Lameman
In honour of the 150th anniversary of Treaty 6 August 24, 5-7 pm Speaker: Ronald J. Lameman
Ron Lameman is a citizen of the Beaver Lake Cree Nation, Treaty No. 6 Territory, Alberta, Canada which is located 9 miles southeast of the town of Lac La Biche. Ron is a former Executive Director of the Confederacy of Treaty Six First Nations and was also active in each phase of the development of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous.
Ron is actively involved with the Elders and leadership of the Confederacy of Treaty Six First Nations and has spent over 45 years working diligently for Treaty Rights and Self Determination for Indigenous Peoples in Canada and around the world.

On July 1st DG Jeanette Bancarz and DG-Elect Andre Charrois announced the start of a new Rotary District 5370 Foundation Fundraising Challenge with a Goal of $2.027 million by 2027.

Cram the Cruiser with the Rotary Club of Edson
The Rotary Club of Edson along with the Edson RCMP have been 'cramming the cruiser' for our 4th year running. Every year we have increased the number of cruisers we have filled with snack and non-perishable food items to donate to the schools in Edson. We started with elementary schools, and expanded to all the schools and food bank last year.
This year they are expanding again to include the fire department and Peace Officers and TWO locations (Sobeys and Independent Grocer). They are looking for volunteers to be at each location and hand out 'shopping lists' as well as help sort food at the firehall this year 10 am-6pm September 19th 2026.
