ONLINE event. An experiential talk and mini-workshop on how computational thinking may be integrated into classrooms without the immediate need for a computer. Lack of resources is a popular concern of many schools in the Philippines; more so in Computer Science education. This is more evident in the face of a global pandemic where the responsibility for empowerment now lies in the students, their families, and their homes. This workshop by our Chapter President, Edge Angeles, will show how computational thinking concepts can be delivered through lessons and lesson plans that require minimal technology by relating computational skills to common and practical applications.
