2022 Hawaii Computer Science Professional Development Pre-Summit

The 2022 Hawaii Computer Science (CS) Professional Development (PD) Pre-Summit is the annual PD event for all Hawaii education-related professionals including but not limited to teachers, counselors, administrators, industry professionals and community partners who teach and/or support CS education. The virtual Pre-Summit event will provide an overview of the state of CS along with a preview of the upcoming CS learning resources and professional development opportunities.

The Pre-Summit event is the prelude to the summer long Hawaii CS PD Summit “Summer of Learning” schedule of CS-related PD sessions that will officially kick-off on April 8, 2022 as part of the STEMworks Hawai’i STEM Conference.

 

The event Zoom registration link is included in the registration receipt. ​

Register first using the event registration link provided in the registration receipt to receive the Zoom web information to access the event.

To receive PDE3 non-credit PD hours, register separately on PDE3 (http://pde3.k12.hi.us)

Half -Day Stipends are available on a first-come, first served basis.

  • To request a stipend, you will need to sign-in at 8:30am.

  • You must agree to participate for the full event from 8:30am - 12:00pm.

  • Signing in does not guarantee you will receive a half-day stipend.​
