Join CSTA Iowa for our February Virtual Chapter Meeting. We'll use Zoom to connect and participants will choose a breakout room to learn more about a variety of instructional tools for CS classrooms.
 
Breakout Rooms:
1. Exploring Pear Deck in a CS Classroom - In partnership with ITEC
Facilitators Corey Rogers (CSTA Iowa) & Lynn Kleinmeyer (ITEC) will showcase how educators can leverage Pear Deck in a Computer Science classroom. Teachers will have an opportunity to experience examples of interactions specific to computer science and will leave with a variety of content resources.
 
2. Exploring CS Related 2022-23 STEM Scale-up Programs - In partnership with Iowa STEM
Facilitator Matt Stier, Southeast Iowa STEM Region Manager, will highlight the 7 CS related STEM Scale-up Programs for K-12 educators. You'll learn more about the programs and how to apply!
