CSTA Membership

Step 1: To become a member of CSTA Puget Sound (aka PSCSTA) you must first become a member of the national CSTA

Joining CSTA is free and easy.   Just click on the button below.   We suggest using a personal e-mail for your sign-up.  As part of the sign-up, you will be asked whether you want to join CSTA+ for $50 annually.  If unsure, just sign up for CSTA Basic now and read more about CSTA+ in Step 3.

Step 2:  After joining CSTA National, join CSTA Puget Sound 

  • Joining CSTA Puget Sound (aka PSCSTA) is free.  Joining provides full access to the PSCSTA community, events, privileges, and resources.

  • Joining any other CSTA local chapters is also free.  You may also consider joining one of the other Washington CSTA chapters:  Spokane, Mid-Columbia, Central Washington.      

  • To join CSTA Puget Sound, click on the button below and then on the JOIN CHAPTER button on the page. 

CSTA+ Membership

$50 / year

Scholarships available

 

 

Step 3:  Join CSTA+ (optional)

Joining CSTA+ provides you with free and discounted access to resources, events, and services provided by national CSTA and its many partners.    At $50 a year, CSTA+ is a great value if you use even one of its benefits yearly.   Scholarships are also available. 
 
If you are a CSTA basic member and want to upgrade to CSTA+: 
 
  • Go to csteachers.org and click on "Login" at the top right of the page, then "My Account"
  • Once you're logged into your member dashboard, locate the tile in the center of the page titled "MY MEMBERSHIP"
  • Click the button labeled "UPGRADE TO CSTA+ TODAY"
  • Verify that your information is correct and click "PAY & UPGRADE" at the bottom right of the page
  • Enter your payment details
  • Click "PAY"
