California's inaugural computer science standards were adopted on September 6, 2018, designed to be accessible to each and every K-12 student in California.

California's inaugural computer science standards are here, along with accompanying documents, introduction and appendix, designed to support educators and administrators across the state to implement computer science education according to their local contexts. Visit bit.ly/cs-sac for a searchable database of the standards, standards progression spreadsheet, and accompanying documents. The official standards and accompanying documents are currently in process and will be released to the public upon completion. Draft standards and documents will reflect the finalized document from California Department of Education, with the exception of the correlations to the AP CS test, which is being updated.
