Ursela Garvin,MAT,NBCT
President

Ursela Garvin currently teaches robotics at Bridger STEAM Academy. Ursela has background in presenting, designing, and teaching various CS and business concepts. Additionally, she serves as a Professional Learning Facilitator for the NBCT Nevada Institute and is the owner of STEMbotics Learning Center, a K-8 robotics and agriculture summer camp program. Previously, she has served as the CSTA Secretary (2018-2019) & Vice President (2019-2020). She currently serves as President for the Silver State chapter of CSTA.
Julian Jackson

Julian Jackson teaches Computer Science and Digital Game Development at Sierra Vista High School. He has a background in technical support, and administrative work. He serves as the Vice President for the Silver State chapter of CSTA.
Sharon Daun, M.Ed

Sharon Daun, M.ED, is a CCSD Computer Science and High School Math teacher at Southern Desert Correctional Center Adult High School. She is passionate about supporting teachers of computer science. She recently presented at the 2020 Mountain Plains Adult Education Association conference on Socratic seminars as well as an out of the box computer science course solution that aligns with the new rigorous state and industry needs. As the new chapter Historian, one of her duties includes maintaining the website and member forums. She serves as the Digital Archives/Historian for the Silver Sate chapter of CSTA.

Kelly McFall teaches mathematics and Computer Science at Las Vegas Academy of the Arts. She is also one of the coaches for FRC Team #6824, the Robot Pigeons. Kelly serves as the current Secretary for the Silver State chapter of CSTA.
Fran Bromley-Norwood

Fran Bromley-Norwood is a Computer Science Teacher and Cybersecurity Educator at Cheyenne High School. She also serves as the Cybersecurity and CS teacher lead for the state of Nevada. She has background in teaching many clubs like CyberPatriot. Fran serves as the current Treasurer for the Silver State chapter of CSTA.

Josie Finley teaches Computer Science and Animation at Palo Verde High School. She is the current Membership Chair for the Silver State chapter of CSTA.
Mike Seal

Mike Seal teaches Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Electronics, Cybersecurity and Graphic Design @ Silver Stage High School. He is the Chair of the Lyon County CTE Advisory Board and Link Crew Advisor. Additionally, he serves on the School Improvement Team, Technology Committee and is the Yearbook Advisor at his high school. He serves as the Past President of CSTA Nevada Silver State.
