Jennifer Van Dale heads Eversheds Sutherland’s Asia employment practice. She serves as trusted counsel to multinational clients on Hong Kong and Asia-related privacy, cybersecurity and employment law matters.
She regularly advises on day to day operational employment matters such as hiring, separation, and performance management, along with discrimination, remuneration and business protection disputes.
